Acclaimed Workforce is committed to your continued wellbeing and aim to ensure you are safe from injury and risk while at work.
No business practice is more important to us than our Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
The effectiveness of our workplace safety systems depends on your commitment and support, and it is important that you understand the responsibility for your own safety in the workplace.
We ask that you commit to:
As your employer, it is our legal obligation to register any injuries you sustain in the workplace, no matter how minor they may be.
If you are injured at work, you should immediately seek first aid if necessary, and report the incident to your supervisor and consultant.
Our Workforce (excluding proprietary limited, unit trusts, family trusts or partnerships) is covered for Workers Compensation insurance.
Normal practice and our expectation is that rehabilitation and your subsequent return to work will commence as soon as soon as you are able. Suitable duties will be provided where possible as part of this process, and an appointment to see a doctor may be arranged for you, so please follow the workplace injury guidelines for your state. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please contact your consultant.
Acclaimed Workforce has a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy. It is our expectation that no employee will attend work under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or consume such substances in the workplace. Doing so can jeopardise your own health and safety and that of those around you.
We perform regular random drug tests to ensure compliance and support the continued wellbeing of our workforce. Learn more about our Drug & Alcohol policy below.
