What does the role involve?
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Source, screen, recruit and induct candidates to client specifications.
  • Coordinate daily shift, payroll and safety requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
What we’re looking for:
  • Recruitment or client facing sales experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation preferred.
