Murray River Salt is seeking a reliable and confident Receptionist & Sales Assistant
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
position is a key point of contact for customers and visitors, handling reception duties, assisting with shopfront sales, and processing orders using Unleashed inventory software.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: Answering phones, taking messages, and providing a professional first point of contact.
- Shop Front Sales: Assisting customers in-store, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organised sales area.
- Sales & Order Processing: Managing phone and email sales, processing orders accurately, preparing shipping paperwork, and monitoring stock levels.
- Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and flexibility to support the business as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 6kg for packing orders when required.
- Full training provided to help you get comfortable with our systems and processes.
- Friendly and supportive work environment.
